Jim’s role is all-encompassing: from the initial feasibility and financial stages to pre-opening and support of the ongoing development of each hospitality project.
He works closely with owners, head offices, hotel general managers, and spa directors to develop and maintain key objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, staff relations, marketing, and training. Jim most recently served as ESPA International’s Vice President of Operations where he oversaw 80+ properties. Jim has been tasked with ensuring the highest standards are adhered to and that guest experiences exceed expectations.
