Designed by Raad Ghantous & Associates, Olive Branch Express was developed as a fast-casual Lebanese dining concept and sister brand to Olive Branch in San Juan Capistrano. The design creates a vibrant and efficient dining environment through thoughtful spatial planning, contemporary materials, and a welcoming atmosphere. Conceived as a scalable franchise model for multi-location rollout, the space integrates authentic cultural elements – such as custom vinyl wall coverings featuring historic Lebanese currency -creating a strong visual identity and a repeatable design language across locations.
