Raad Ghantous
Raad’s career spans 20+ years, which includes extensive experience working for design industry giants and architectural icons. Raad has had opportunities to work on projects in diverse global locations from California to Cabo San Lucas, Bermuda, Spain, Japan, China, Taipei, the nation island of Mauritius, and The United Arab Emirates.
Jim Croghan
Jim’s hospitality management and spa career spans 25+ years. A proven success record of resort and spa openings as a spa consultant, former spa director, vendor, writer, and conference speaker. Jim’s role is all-encompassing: from the initial feasibility and financial stages to pre-opening and support of the ongoing development of each hospitality project.
Nicholas A. Nicola
Nick Nicola is a collaborating associate with Raad Ghantous & Associates, working on luxury hospitality and branded developments. His work focuses on translating design vision into high-performing built environments, combining architectural clarity with operational efficiency.
His career includes leadership roles at Gensler, as well as experience with WATG and Wimberly Interiors, Ware Malcomb, and Taylor.
Aaron D. Murphy
Nick Nicola is a collaborating associate with Raad Ghantous & Associates, working on luxury hospitality and branded developments. His work focuses on translating design vision into high-performing built environments, combining architectural clarity with operational efficiency.
His career includes leadership roles at Gensler, as well as experience with WATG and Wimberly Interiors, Ware Malcomb, and Taylor, where he contributed to a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality, retail, commercial, and healthcare projects.
Rhaissa Ramos
Rhaissa Ramos is an Interior Designer at Raad Ghantous & Associates, where she has contributed to a diverse range of hospitality, residential, and commercial projects since 2018. With a strong foundation in design principles and spatial planning, she brings a thoughtful approach to creating environments that balance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. Rhaissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of California – Orange County.
